9971 and LKEM not working

Hi Community

The expansion module CKEM does not initialize on a 9971. The IP Phone is attached to a cube 4.

It's running on CUCM 8.6. Module 1 is enabled for The CKEM 36 buttons. Phone Template is active with Firmware sip9971.9-2-3-27.

The CKEM works fine on a 9951.

Any idea, what I can do?

I'd try and check the phone console logs from connecting to the phone's IP address with a browser when the sidecar is connected to the phone to see if there are any errors why it won't power up.

Sorry my late answer.

It looks like the phone's connector doesn't work. I just see on the log files, that an extension module is configured but not attached. No power failure.

Anyway I replace that phone.
