9971 Days Display Not Active

CUCM 8.5, IP Phone 9971 Load sip9971.9-2-4-19

Having a issue with the Days Diplay Not Active setting. I have changed it in the common device profile and assigned to phone. I have also manually set the setting on the phone config page. Seems like no matter what I do the setting wants to revert back to Sunday and Saturday and the same time.

This location is 7 days a week and starting to get complaints about the phones on the weekend being black. Even if I set the idle timeout high it wants to revert back to 01:00.

Is there a way to disable this all together where the display will just sleep at night and not ever duering the day? Also is there another place I am missing that might be over riding my settings?
