9971 Hlog option

Has anybody ever configured the Hlog key or feature or service on a 9971 profile?

Any tips will be great?

HLog isn't a softkey on the 89xx/99xx phones. You have to configure a line key for it.

You'll need to create a new line button template:

CCMAdmin -> Device -> Device Settings -> Phone Button Template.

Search for a template name containing "9951". Select it, Hit the copy button, and alter to your hearts content.

Then go to the phone (CCMAdmin -> Device -> Phone) and assign the template to the phone.
