9971 Remote User - Calls Dropping When They Connect
Currently we are using a proxy to connect my 9971 to the Corp UCM which is running ucm 8.6.2a the phones registers but all calls drop when they connect. I would say that was a codec mismatch but since no one with the 79XX phones are having those issues and we are configured with the same resouces it has to be something else. I also am curious about the newer VPN options for video phones and telecomuters. Any Help will be welcomes.
