On all 9971 phones, when a call comes in, you see the ANI, but when you go to the missed calls or received calls, it shows "unknown number".
The cucm version is 8.6 and the firmware load is sip9971.9-2-1 on all phones except for one. That phone was upgraded this morning and has firmware load sip9971.9-4-1-9. Thanks for any help you can offer.
