I have a 9971 that Unity Connection 9.1 does not recognize the DTMF tones on. I have tries different phone loads to no avail. I am running Callmanager 7.1.3. All other non SIP phones work fine. I have seen similar issues posted saying the phone load fixes it but not in my case.
Any help would be appricated

What is your integration with unity connection..is it sip or sccp integration?
