We implemented a UC560 with SP508g handsets and it is up and running. We want to enhance the system so that when a call is transferred to an extension, if the extension is busy, the Auto Attendant comes in and gives options to either leave a message, or go to another extension.
I am not very well versed with this portion of the system so I would like to know what my options are.
