AA Dial by extension in submenu

Hello everyone,

I have configured uc560 at a customers site where Multilevel AA is present with Submenus in different languages where if any extension is not dialled in the submenu the call gets transferred to Helpdesk. Here Helpdesk extension is 5050 and rest in 50xx series.

Whenever there is an incoming call dial by extension works for Main Menu but as the caller goes into the submenu option and tries to dial any extension the call directly gets transferred to helpdesk.

1.I want to dial by extension at submenu level ( I read in a blog to change transfer.aef script to mainmenu script can any one letme know how to do it).

2.Can we play an audio as user busy whenever called number is busy.

AA Dial by extension in submenu

Finally i got a solution to this. What i did is created 3 AA and made the first one main and in press 0 for english assigned the no of another AA this helped the dial by extension problem in sub menu.
