AA in CME not working

Hi,

i am having some trouble with AA, setting are as below

CME+ AA                      5 port FXO

29XX-----------Tunnel-------VG 29XX

Phones

External caller are able to call the operator under connection plar command.

Internal extension to AA is working fine with prompts and call flow.

External callers hear a fast busy tone and following message on debug dial peer

Jan 14 11:39:58.630: %CALL_CONTROL-6-CALL_LOOP: The incoming call has a global identifier already present in the list of currently handled calls. It is being refused.

any assistance?

I dont have CUE in this setup. Only need a drop thru mode. which is not working.

This is a test dialpeer on the VG as mentioned above in the small topology diagram to verify that my calls are reaching the proper location. else the call will not reach to AA which resides on CME.

Cisco Unified CME B-ACD with Drop-Through Option: Example

The following example sets parameters for an AA service called aa and a call-queue service called callq. The direct-dial number to reach the AA service is 800 555-0100. Callers to this number drop through to the ephone hunt group that has a pilot number of 5071 after hearing the initial prompt from the file en_dt_prompt.au.

Hi got it working under this setup.AA shifted to VGW But now the new issue is that input from the user is always triggering "en_dest_unreachable.au" prompt regardless of internal or external call.

Hi Any idea what does this means.

i am punching the numbers its matching the DP but not forwarding to the next hop router.

Hi,

It worked with the following setup i was missing some commands under the voice service voip for the 2nd call leg.

voice service voip

allow-connections h323 to h323

every thing works..
