AA in CUCM-BE 5000

Hi All,

    is there any DOC that i can follow to configure AA or greeting some doc i have tried but no luck voicemail works fine do i have to create the CTI RP too ? CALLMANAGER 8.6.2 version .lic for 50 mailbox and 24 ports H323 gateway.

Any help or steps to configure AA welcome greeting

There is no document on how to do this, it's all a CTI RP with CFA to VM and a call handler with the options.

There are hundreds of threads on the same question on CSC, please search CSC and you'll find instructions on how to do this.

Please, try searching CSC for answers before posting.

Dear Bro,

The things is wellcome greeting work but there is a problem with caller input internal its okay during greeting if i press 0 or 1 ..2...3 call transferd to operator or dn,s but external incomming call from PSTN to my BOX CUCM8.5BE can have the greeting but input keys during greeting didn,t work even for operator i check the box for allow caller.......

Any idea
