To all Cisco gurus,

I have a customer who has a Cisco 2811 AIM-CUE Voice Gateway. It has a AIM-CUE card and is being utilized as AA. However, my customer wants its gateway to handle more than 6 calls simultenously. This AIM-CUE VG is now integrating with CallManager 6.12. My customer has the following configset:

CISCO2811-SRST/K9

PVDM2-16U64

PVDM2-64

VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1

AIM-CUE

SCUE-AIM-7.0-K9

SCUE-LIC-25CCM

CUE-LANG-CHS

CUE-LANG-ENU

CAB-ACA

ROUTER-SDM-CD-NOCF

ACS-2811-STAN

Now i have 2Qs:

i) With this 2811 AIM-CUE VG, what is the maximum number of AA ports it can have??

ii) If it's possbile to have more than 6 ports, on top of the above Cisco part numbers, what other Cisco part codes will be needed to get more AA ports for this 2811 AIM-CUE Voice Gateway??

Cheers,

Hunt

With the AIM-CUE, 6 is the maximum number of ports. The NME-CUE will support up to 24 ports.

Hope this helps.
