I have configured uc560 at a customers site where Multilevel AA is present with Submenus in different languages where if any extension is not dialled the call gets transferred to Helpdesk. Here Helpdesk extension is 5050 and rest in 50xx series.
Whenever there is an incoming call dial by extension works for Main Menu but as the caller goes into the submenu option and tries to dial any extension the call directly gets transferred to helpdesk.
