Is there a way I can generate a report from CAR showing all AAR calls?

Use Route pattern utilization reports

If you configure an specific RP for AAR. You can use that.

There is no route pattern configured for AAR. It just has an AAR Group configured that prepends 91. The phones then place the call using the AAR Destination Mask of the called DN which could match any of my 91 route patterns for long distance.
