about License File after using DMA

I am trying to upgrade call manager from 4.2(3) to 6.1(3).

After I have used DMA to migrate the data, I check the error log and it indicate that " license file( licupgrade.lic) did not get created due to license calculater error" ...

so... how can I get the upgrade license?

you can get in touch with licensing so they can provide you a spreadsheet you need to fill in so they can provide the license

Hi Rachel,

Hope all is well!

Use the License Unit Calculator (attached) to come up with the Total DLU Value that is being transferred.

Work with your Cisco SE and;

licensing@cisco.com

To create the new license file based on the mac of the new CUCM box with the applicable number of DLU's that equal the totals from the phones that are moving.
