About Sip Secondary Dial Tone on CME

Hi All,

I installation 9971 SIP Phone on CME.

if I config:

telephony-service

secondary-dialtone 0

this is only support SCCP Phone.

How can configuration SIP phone secondary dial tone on CME?

Many, many features are not supported on SIP phones.

For this reason, is much better to use only SCCP phones.

Correct. Otherwise I would have said "Phones in SCCP mode", or "switch to SCCP firmware".

 From Cisco Unified CME Release 11.6 onwards, secondary dial tone is supported on both SIP phones and SCCP phones.

Example for Configuring Secondary Dial Tone on SIP Phones

A secondary dial tone is played on the phone when comma (',') is found in the pattern. In this example, secondary dial tone is played after the digit 50.
