AC Console, not quite working

I'm new to CCM, I inherited one a week ago as part of a business move.

I'm trying to configure AC console on CCM 4.1.3 sr5.

I've installed the console software. Which establishes a connection with CCM.

I've created the AC user, and assigned the pilot group and the AC Console DN to this account.

I've created my hunt group.

But when I call the pilot number, all I get is on hold music.. none of the extensions in the hunt group ring.

All I require is very basic queing.

Am I missing something ?

If you have queueing enabled on the CUAC hunt group you must look at the Attendant Console client in the Broadcast Calls pane. The operator must "pull" the call from the broadcast queue; the phone does not ring.

I was under the impression that AC console would handle this without any human interaction.

I've given up on the idea now anyway, as my previous post regarding "Busy Trigger and Disable Beep" has resolved my issue.
