AC stopped working after Publisher failure (CCM 3.3).

Hi Guys,

We had a Publisher failure on CCM 3.3 and now the Pilot Point don't work anymore. The error I see in the TCD log file is as follows:

12236 02/05 11:28:40.780  INFO ACInterServerConnection.initconnection: com.cisco.ac.common.ACException: Cannot locate the server at 1.1.1.3

12237 02/05 11:29:11.859 DEBUG ACHGLines: Checking for stuck HG lines

12238 02/05 11:30:10.486  INFO ACInterServerConnection.initconnection: com.cisco.ac.common.ACException: Cannot locate the server at 1.1.1.3

12239 02/05 11:30:12.173 DEBUG ACHGLines: Checking for stuck HG lines

12240 02/05 11:31:12.347 DEBUG ACHGLines: Checking for stuck HG lines

12241 02/05 11:31:39.988  INFO ACInterServerConnection.initconnection: com.cisco.ac.common.ACException: Cannot locate the server at 1.1.1.3

When I call a Plito number I get the useual 'Call Cannot be Completed' message. Any ideas where I can check for the above error?

Thanks,

Ingo

Ingo,

Wow, CM 3.3, it's been few years since I've seen it :-)

Is the TCD service (I belive that used to be the name of the service) running, did you try restarting it?

Hi Chris,

Yes, if you look after a well installed 3.3 solution it still runs to this day but luckily it's is going to be upgraded soon. I eventually got the services talking after I restarted every TCD service in the cluster and checking the log output. It seemed that with the Publisher replacement it had to reestablish the links between the servers even though a backup was restored on it.
