access denied when trying menu in Cisco CallManager Serviceability

I just upgrade Cisco CallManager 4.1(2) to Cisco CallManager 5.0(2). I can get access to callmanager administration page, disaster recovery system page and platform administration page but not callmanager serviceability page. It says access denied when I try to open one of menu for e.g: service activation. it also happend to all sub menu.

I used CCMAdministrator to login but only in Serviceability page shows 'administrator' not CCMAdministator. Is this possible cause this problem?

Does anybody know and resolve this issue?

This can occur if there is a special characted such as "underscore" is present in the server name. Special characters are not supported by Windows OS. So, make sure that you remove that same and then you will be able to access the page.
