accessing voice mailbox from external pstn

I need to create dial extinction (for example 4000), and external (PSTN) number used to connect to your DN and listen to your voice messages box.

Hi.

Are you in CUCM or CUCME envirorment?

Anyway you should be able to reach VM pilot number from the PSTN working, in case of CUCM, with partition and CSS.

Thanks for your replay,

I am using CUCM, and we have internal pilot number (4000) to access voice mailbox internally, we also allow to use  8xxx numbers externaly through PSTN (1234-8XXX).

Create another voicemail pilot using one of your DID extensions and point it to the same voicemail system.  I am assuming you are using some variant of Cisco Unity for voicemail.
