Accessing Voicemail from Home

Hello

Please advise.

We have just implemented CCME into one of our remote sites.

Is it possible to access voicemail from home by dialing in ?

and if so how do I set this up.

You can do it by creating a DDI which points to the voicemail pilot number........

Once you phone it, you will have to put in your ID and PIN and it should let you access your voicemails from external......
