Active and Standby CM413

Hi, I did an upgrade of my CM413 last night and found out that some of my ip phone (7940 model)kept their connectivity while the publisher was down (I also have 1x subsriber) but for model #(7941 and 7970) those phone went down while doing the upgrade to the pub and sub server.

I see on the 7940 via the network configuration 2 CM, 1 active and 1 standby.

But for the 7941 and 7970 I don't!!!

How can I have my ip phone 7941 and 7970 fall back to the subriber when my publisher is down for maintenance?

It's strange. I think that phones (7941,7970) without fallback to subscriber are in different call manager group (with subscriber only) and this is the reason. So, check your device pools.

I check 2 phone, 1 7940 and 1x7970 and both are on the same Device Pool (Default)

but when I bring down the publisher my 7970 goes down?
