I got an simple single cluster CUCM 9.1 up running
All the ip phones are in one same site and using G711 codec
The problem is the ad hoc conference stops working which did worked before. The issue is when i am trying to press the conference button at the second time for creating the 3rd parties ad hoc conference, the calls are just disconnected. All three parties are lost connection.
However the meet me conference is still working fine.
The CUCM only has default software conference bridge configured and the status of the conf bridge is registered.
I have tried restarted the conf bridge and the ip streaming app service, didn't fix.
The only thing i can think which may relate to this issue is we recently installed a call recording server and programmed a sip trunk in the CUCM back to the call recoring server and applied call recording profile for every ip phones. I don't know if this change will effect the ad hoc conference.
