Ad hoc conference issue in CallManager 8.6

Hello,

My customer is running CallManager 8.6.2aSU2 in a virtualised envonment (UCS servers) and he is experiencing an issue with ad-hoc conferences. He is able to establish an ad-hoc conference call (he is the conference controller) but when he tries to eliminate a conference participant from the Conference List it appears a message on the phone telling that "the service is not available". Any idea about what's happening and how to solve it?

Is the conference bridge run in IPVMSA or an actual DSP on the router? I believe that IPVMSA doesn't support the participant removal trick but can't find the documentation to prove it at the moment. If you have a DSP-based resource available try creating an MRGL with only the HW bridge and assigning it to the conference creator's phone to test.
