Ad integration odd names showing

I have just performed an AD integration with callmanager 4.2

When i go to the directory on the phone, there are a lot of entries that have a lot of the admin usernames and also a row of 4x3 dots with a comma (like below)

...

...

...,

Is there a way of tidying this up? is there a document that explains how to avoid this scenario

You possibly have these names in the directory somewhere. Search in AD these names if you can. Currently, there is no way of selecting what names you want to show up in the directory. CCM grabs everything in the directory in LDAP. Even with 6.x it's the same way. (service accounts, etc)

If you want a more customized directory, you will need to create one yourself or purchase a third party tool. The SDK pack for callmanager may help you. It's a little bit of work, but you can probably create a customized directory for your liking.
