The problem is they have no sAMAccountName. You can get them to come across by using Employee Number as your account name field on the call manager ldap system setup. You will have to populate the Employee Number of all of your users and contacts, but note there is 15 character limit. Another method is to use Telephone Numbers as your call manager username. In either case you will need to use a custom ldap filter and neither is an optimal solution.
The only way I know of outside of this is to use an external corporate directory app.
