Add 2nd Subscriber over 10Mb Metro E

I would like to add a 2nd subsciber in our current CCM cluster at our DR site over a 10mb Metro E MPLS connection with about 23ms of delay.

What things or configurations settings do I need to consider in doing this? Especially the pull replication between the Subscriber and Publisher.

Is there a formal white paper out there to do this? Thanks
