Add a + to the calling number

Folks,

          I have call manager 7.0 and when I dial out to the PSTN, I do not see the e.164 format even though I have it specified in the external phone number mask. The extention I am calling from is 8989 and the external phone number mask is !1234568989 but when i see the call leaving for the PSTN, the calling number shows up as 1234568989 and the plus is not there. How can I add the +.

Add a + to the calling number

in phone number mask you have put

!1234568989

to get + you need make phone external mask as +1234568989.

its also possible that your calling party transformation is changing it.

What is your PSTN connection and country?

Most typical PRI proivders do not support +.
