Add access code 9 in the missed calls

Hi,

I am using call manager 6 with MGCP. I would like to include 9 as prefix in missed call and received calls.

Can any please help in this case.

Use translation pattern to add your access code 9 to caller ID, so you can quickly return phone calls using redial and missed call functionality.

You may go to 'Serivce -> Service Parameters -> CallManager', click on the

'Advanced' button. Try to change the 'Incoming Calling Party National Number Prefix' and 'Incoming Calling Party Subscriber Number'.

You want to put 91 on the 'National number prefix' and 9 on the 'Subscriber number prefix'.

The service provider sends the message in the Q931 SETUP. That's how the system know if it's a long distance call or local call. If your provider doesn't send those messages, you'll have to negotiate with them.

In the example below, the 'Type' is 'Unknown'. The above won't work.
