Add flashlight in parallel of an IP Phone (7911)

For a chocalate factory the customer uses on the former PBX a flashlight is parallel on their phone.

When a phone rings, the flashlight is flashing.

On the Callmanager Express 4.0.3, we have connect the flashlight on a FXS port, but the problem is to add the FXS port in parallel of a IP-Phone.

I guess the easiest way is to use the ATA-interface, but the customer would like to use the Feature mode SCCP FXS port.

I have found that the recommend IOS for CME 4.0 is 12.4(4)XC, but for the SCCP feature 12.4.(6) or higher is recommend.

Can somebody advise if the SCCP feature on a Callmanager Express support to put an FXS port in parallel of a ephone-dn?

The recommended IOS for CME 4.0 is actually 12.4(9)T unless you are using 7931 phones.

Note that per documentation, two routers are used, one is a voice gateway chosen from the platforms listed, and a separate controlling CM or CME.
