Add Mail ID and Departament to Corporate Directory

Hi

I need add the Mail ID and Department in the Ip Phone Corporate Directory Menu. I have a CUCM 5.1

no, if you have worked with CUCM it's clear why it's that way

1 we only provide that basic directory script, so if you want to add anything else, it needs customization which only DEV team can provide within Cisco

2 you cannot access the tomcat folders in CUCM due to the security restrictions, you cannot place anything because root access is needed (and we do not provide it for those purposes)

it's the same as idle url:

Cisco CallManager 5.x and later

For Cisco CallManager 5.x and later, put the XML file, which the previous procedure created, in a web server and point the URL Idle field in System > Enterprise Parameters to the web server.

Note: Access to the CCMCIP folder on the Cisco CallManager 5.x servers is restricted and can only be done if you have root access.
