Hi,
I have added the a music-on-hold file with the right settings on Call Manager and did configure with multicast settings but doesn't have any luck with the music, it is quite. I have tried with different bit rate like 48, 32, 16 khz and restarting the IP media service without any luck. When I select the default sample media on phone's line settings, it plays the sample music. Anybody has any idea how to resolve this issue?
Thanks.

have you used the following guide to configure moh:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/8_6_1/ccmfeat/fsmoh.html
also, are you using multicast music on hold, streamed from localised moh files on like an SRST configured router?

Hi,
Are you using ‘Common device configuration’. If yes please Remove MOH file from ‘Common device configuration’.

I have the same problem started suddenly, it was playing all files but stopped one day.

Solved, music file has to be uploaded to all servers unlike configuration which is done from publisher console
