Hi All,
I'll try to add a DN associated with CTI port in a line group, but it seems to be not possible.
Is someone know if it works or know an alternative solution? I'm on CUCM 7.5.

Hi Jerome,
Could you please try the below option,
CUCM Admin->Device->Phone->Search for the Specific CTI port->Click on it ->Click on the Line and add DN to it.

Hi anchoudh,
A DN is already added on the CTI Port.
The problem is when I want to add the DN to a line group.
I go to Call Routing> Route/Hunt > Line Group, I choose the line group, and I can't find the DN in the list of available ones.

Hi Jerome,
by default is should show the DNs which are in none partition..but if your cti port dn is in another partition..select partition and find.

Ok thank you. But the DN is not available. I can't find it, but it exists because I can find it in Device>Phone or in Call routing>Directory Number
So I think It's not possible to use a cti port in a line group. I hope there is an alternative solution...
