Adding New Subscriber to existing CCM Cluster

We have a customer who had an existing CCM cluster with one Pub and three other Sub. We are adding another Sub to the existing CCM Cluster and ran across a question in the documentation stating that after installing the new Sub to an existing Cluster that you need to roboot all the nodes. Is this correct and if so why is it required to reboot all the nodes?

Re: Adding New Subscriber to existing CCM Cluster

Correct,

This is to re-establish SDL links.

An SDL link is a connection between servers running CCM.exe that allows communication between servers.
