Adding prefix (acces codes)in the Call Manager for few destinations

I am using call Manager 6. As part of reducing the cost to some international destinations,we need to use some access codes like 08888 before dialing to the destination. How can I include this in the route pattern. Please note this not for all the international numbers.Only few destinations.

You can add them in the Route Pattern for each destination however be aware of where you have the predot or any other additions as the anything added in the Route Group takes precedence ove rtrh RP or again create a route pattern for each destination and add the access code in the route group
