adding "available devices" in route group

Im trying to add a route group at this point, and I only see one of two gateway ports show up in the gateway ports. Both say they are registered, but when I go to add the first route group, only one port shows up. Both LEDs show ok on T1 lines (I have them looped back for staging purposes), and both interfaces :23 show up and up. Anyone have any idea on why in UCM 6 this might be the case?

Make sure that no Route Pattern is using that device at this moment.

If a device is used in a Route Pattern, it wont be available under RG

You are right on this and this is what the issue was. I actually got this a little earlier, but either way, you nailed it. Thanks for responding.
