Address Book in CUCM 8.x

Hi guys,

Just trying to find out how to add/change contacts in the address book? This is so that the users can see what numbers are calling in.

You use CCMUser, if your end goal is to have everyone fill in their info and when they receive a call from such number get the info from PAB and display it, that's not going to happen. CUCM doesn't have that ability.

So what do I need to do in order to display contact's name when they call in?

Paolo (look at hall of fame or right hand side on top netpros on main page) has a script that can do that, CUCM does not provide this.
