After addition of new ephone-dn CME fails

           

Hello, colleagues.

Please, help to solve a problem with CME.

At addition of new ephone-dn CME (Cisco 2921) fails. The IOS updating, restart, config restore doesn't solve a problem. Video in the appendix.

Please describe problems instead of posting videos.

Anyway, could be HW or RAM fault, contact the TAC.

Hi Paolo

To that that is shown in video there is nothing to add. Usual configuration of CME on Cisco 2921. The router works without problems long time, but recently there was this problem. When I add new phone (with number 87 and ephone) the router gives out many traceback in the console and goes to reset. I checked many times. Unfortunately there is no active smartnet to this ISR and there is no memory module in that office on replacement to check RAM just now.

If it most likely an error of memory, I look for the module for check if doesn't help I will advise to the customer to get smartnet.
