AFW_application_ and 100% CPU load

I have C2911 with loading c2900-universalk9_npe-mz.SPA.152-4.M5.bin

(but with previous releases situation was same )

I use ССM Version 9.1. in my bundle. I have native phones (6921, 7962) and several SIP DLink gateways. ISP interconnection by SIP.

I have IVR on it, but when I stoped IVR  - situation was same.

and all calls rejected -  AFW_application hungs up.

AFW_application_ and 100% CPU load

sounds like you could be hitting this:https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCtj38304/?referring_site=ss

and what's worse:  no fix  (apart from downgrade?)

Had the exact scenario with AFW_application_ eating 100% CPU.  Checked my hunt groups and I had a loop.

voice hunt-group 1 parallel

 list 3400,3401,3402,3403
 timeout 30
 pilot 3400

Thanks!
