HI Guys,
When the agent receives a call I want the phone to ring for 3 rings and then go into auto answer..
I am using IPCC enterprise and CM 6.0
Is it possible??

Yes, you can configure the ACD DNs to be auto answer and then change a global CM service parameter "Auto Answer Timer" to 12 seconds.
