Agent Issue CCX "Error occurred while reading the Resource."

Greetings,

I cannot configure resources for a newly created user. When I click Configure Resource on the User View in CCX it gives this message.

"Error occurred while reading the Resource." . I have created countless other Agents and assigned resources. I am confused as to why this one is doing this.

Hi Chase,

This error is most of the time cause by a DB service out or a CTI issue. Have you tried a Data Check ->Cisco Unified CM Telephony Data Synchronization ?
