AIM-CUE not working anymore.

I have a 2851 router with an AIM-CUE installed.  All was working well until the power supply quit working.  I replaced the powers supply and the router is back up and running.  I did pull all modules during the testing process and replaced them into the router.  Everything works except the VoiceMail.  When I dial the extension for VM, it is just dead quite.

I opened up a termserv program and was able to capture the following:

Hi,

Have you work thru the following document?

Reinstalling a Cisco Unity Express Image Using the Boot Helper

The boot helper method may be used for emergency situations when your system is not responding as
required or for a new installation. The helper supports only installations of licenses and full images. The
boot helper mode does not support upgrades or language-only installations.

Thank you, I will give that a try.

Question, Since I am doing a fresh installation, can I upgrade to a newer version of CUE?  I think I had 3.1 before.  No real idea as it came already installed on the AIM module.  My router is a 2851 with IOS 15.1.  Please note, I do not want to spend any money for this if possible.  This is my home lab and I cannot afford Cisco's prices.

* Licenses with - NR-are

* Licenses with - NR-are licenses that are installed in the factory or licenses that are issued as a replacement for legacy licenses. By default, the NME-CUE is installed with 8 Voice ports and the AIM2-CUE/AIM-CUE are installed with 6 voice ports. By default, the ISM-SRE-300-K9 is installed with 2 voice ports.
So it seems like the license will still work from 3.1 to the latest one.
