AIM-CUE with Call Manager

I have an issue where internal users could leave and receive voicemail but external users just get a moment of silent and then it just continue ringing. I cannot get it to go to voicemail. CUE version is 3.2.1 and CUCM is 6.x. The AIM module is across a WAN from the CUCM.

Are there any errors or warnings in the Unity application event log? Specifically look for Exchange off-line warnings, which may be resulting in messages being held in the \Commserver\UnityMTA folder.

hey

he's talking about an AIM not full UNITY though.

so internal is fine but external is not? at first look id probably take a look at CODECS.

1. what is the codec coming in

2. do you have transcoding setup

im thinking that it might be along those lines. im sure someone would probably give you some other options as well.
