Alcatel OXE - CallManager - QSIG MGCP connection with call forward all pb

Hi all, a 2811 GW is connected to an Alcatel OXE using a QSIG ECMA E1 connexion. 2811 GW use MGCP with CUCM6.0

When an Alcatel phone try to configure a CFA to a cisco directory number, a call is set on the QSIG trunk (to check the availability of the cisco phone as Alcatel explained to me..) but the pb is that the cisco phone rings ! The CFA is taken into account on the alcatel phone after 2 minutes, the cisco phone answer or does not answer the call...

here is the isdn setup as soon as the alcatel phone use the CFA prefix:
