We only want to allow certain calling numbers to call one of our extensions internally. Is this possible? I know how to block certain calling numbers but that is for everyone internally. Our setup includes a H.323 gateway and CUCM 9.1
I am not saying that this is the only option, but I know you would get it done if you combine External Call Control (CUCM feature) and our 2Ring PHONE SERVICES (a 3rd party product). You would define the group of calling numbers in IPPS and then setup a rule to route calls from these numbers to a certain extension.
