AMIS issues

We can't seem to get AMIS to work. It appears when installing the Voice Connector 12.x it installs under the context of the local system account. Had to change it to UnityMesgStoreSvc account and then grant that account Exchange Admin rights so it would start.

Created UAMIS account with ConfigMgr. Confirmed creation but when using Port status monitor and addressing a AMIS user we never see an AMIS message leave the Unity system. Cisco TAC can't seem to figure it out yet and it is a P2 case. Any suggestions would be warmly welcomed. -Paul
