Analog phone on VG 224 does not ring

Hi

we are using VG 224. have an analog and a SIP phone sharing the same umber. now when ii dial that number, the sip phone will ring however the analog phone will not ring.

is there any config required for that

What protocol is your VG doing MGCP, SCCP ect.
