Analog phones with CUCM

Hello all,

Looking to migrate many analog phones from a failed PBX using CUCM to register them.. There are more than an handful of phones in the hundreds.. Is the FXS module WS-X6624 that hold the most analog module are there any other MGCP hardware that can support a greater amount of analog phones per module ?

Thanks

Re: Analog phones with CUCM

Hi Tim,

There are number analogue gateways, however the only significant comparision is the VG224, which also offers the port density that you are looking for.  It is specifically a 24-port 19" inch rack mountable chassis and not network line-card or module which has scalability issues.  Take a look at the following datasheet:-

Regards

Allan.
