Analysis and Reporting tool

Hello Guys,

I forgot the password for Analysis and Reporting tool on the CallManager. Is there anyway to recover or change that password without refering to the old password?

If it is the first time that you are going to use the CDR Analysis and Reporting tool then

the username is 'admin' and the password is 'admin'. If this is not our case then you

need to go to Start --> Programs --> DC Directory Administration, login and go to

Groups, on the right side you will see CiscoAdminRepToolAdminGroupUsers, right click and select properties, under member you should see something like this:

/O=cisco.com/OU=Users/CN=javalenc

were javalenc is the user that is able to login to CDR, then go back to CDR and use that user and his password to login to CDR.

For Active Directory (AD) you need to go to the AD server then to Active Directory Users

and Computers and search for the group CiscoAdminRepToolAdminGroupUsers and once again see who is member of that group, you will use those users to login to CDR with his AD password if you do not know the password you can reset it directly from AD Users and Computers.
