ANI Missing Leading '0'

We can make inbound and outbound calls successfully, however the number displayed on phones for inbound calls has the preceeding digits dropped.

So if the number is 07123 123456, the phone displays 7123 123 456. We have to dial 9 to get an outside line, so how can we get the phones to display 907123 123 456 or at least 07123 123456?

This is also causing an issue with our witness call recording as we are having to input all numbers twice e.g 01234 123 456 and 123456.

The Callmanager version is 4.2.

it depends on gateway type you use.

H323 - you should do translation on router and add 90 before ANI from PSTN

MGCP gateway just add 90 at 'incoming calls' prefix digits field using CCMAdmin
