answering calls thru Citrix

Does anyone know if this is even possible. I don't know if anyone is already doing this. we are using citrix and would like to be able to answer calls thru remote sessions. is this possible?

Webdialer works great over citrix. It needs some SOAP programming to have the dialbutton in outlook. You need to program an outlook plug-in. If you use telesnap or xphone or another client based solution, you can indeed show some CTI- like functionality even under citrix.
